Little Birds Facility Management Services is the company with a comprehensive, integrated & diversified entity, running by self motivated and leaded professionals who have expertise in their own field. Facility Management

Mr. Nazim Ali: He is Post Graduate in Hotel Management from the no.1 Institute of India –Pusa Institute of Hotel Management New Delhi, with eight years of experience in same line with clients like Radisson Hotel, Holiday Inn Hotel (Five Star) and other facility management MNC’ like Knight Frank facility management. His visits at site are being to understand the actual requirement of site and trained houseboys for improving the performance. He technically trains the boys for deep cleaning processes like scrubbing and behaviour of the Floors, placed at your site. He gives suggestions to client for improvement points. He understand clients requirement in deep and proposed best solution accordingly.

Our team is technically proficient to provide best class of facility services. The following details of our team will give full support to maintain the site:

House Keeping Team

1.	Housekeeping Boys: Our house boys are well trained on the branded chemical usage & mechanized cleaning. They get frequent trainings on etiquettes, grooming and latest brands of chemical usage. Our company motivates them to avoid frequent leaves without information by giving them timely remuneration and best employee awards.
2.	Housekeeping Supervisor: Our supervisors are qualified in housekeeping management with working experience of prominent clients like hotel clients. They are dedicated and well versed with the quality of work. They keep deep watch on personal developments of houseboys, give daily briefing of site.
3.	Executive Soft Services: He is Graduate and has enriched experience in Housekeeping area. He gives training to houseboys and keeps watch of proper working at site.

Technical Team
1.	Technical Staff: Our technical staffs are technically qualified with experience of the same line. They know the importance of documentation and work as per requirements.
2.	Technical Supervisor/Executives: Our site senior persons always keep watch on energy saving schemes and train site employees for proper documentation.
3.	Site Engineer: Our Site Engineer is Electrical engineer with enriched experience and takes care of client’s requirement and documentation.

Office Team
1.	General Manager: He is MBA in Marketing and having 25 years of rich experience. He worked with Hawkins India Ltd. and Superflame Appliance and ITC Ltd. He deeply understands the client requirements and implements the same at sites.
2.	Facility Manager: They are dedicatedly engaged to maintain the sanctioned strength of manpower at site all the time. They always keep a back up team in spare to depute on site in case of emergencies.
3.	Manager Operations: is a professional with vast enriched experience in facility management services and has worked on critical sites. His visit on site trains houseboys and supervisors on emergency preparedness and deployment schedules as per work load. He is the key person to coordinate between client’s requirements and implementation of the same at site.
